CANVAS is a Coordination and Support Action in the European Union Framework Program Horizon 2020. The project has started in September 2016 and is scheduled for three years.
We are looking for more alliance partners.
CANVAS has a particular focus on three domains of application with specific ethical challenges: the health system, business/finance, and law enforcement/national security. Each domain is related to specific value conflicts, particularly involving autonomy and equality (health), fairness and responsibility (business), and freedom and privacy (national security). Police and National
CANVAS will construct a community of technology developers, academic scholars, governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations that share the common aim of creating a value-driven cybersecurity.
